Chlorine - Get Rid of Smelly Feet
by Dr. Roseline Hamsley
In order to use chlorine you have to buy a product that has a solution of chlorine as a active ingredient, this basically
means the solution should be no more than 10% chlorine and 90% water in order for it to be safe for use for use on skin. I recommend simply
buying the house variety of cleaning bleach which has safe levels of chlorine while still keeping it strong enough to kill foot bacteria.
Get the bleach and pour one part bleach to 10 parts warm water. The solution is quite weak
because we don’t want to harm the skin on your feet or in the process of cleaning, bleach your feet to a nice pasty white. The process start
by you actually washing your feet with normal soap beforehand in warm water then soaking your feet in the bleach solution for 10-15 minutes
before drying off.
Remember that the bleach and its chlorine would have killed off almost all bacteria at your
feet however there is still a high chance that bacteria can still form if you continue with any other practices that might cause the bacteria
to re-accumulate at your feet. Clean your shoes, your socks and or even any stockings or pantyhose properly.
