On the other hand there are certain types of food that are easily digestible by the body and don’t create a lot of waste when it is being processed. There are added benefits to these food types in that it will most definitely reduce the amount of wastes excreted from the body and also help your body to clean up any extra waste. The majority of these types of foods has a lot of fiber and water which include vegetables, fruits, cereals and nuts. These foods although it hasn’t been comprehensively tested are able to clean out your body and thus reduce the amount of waste that have to be excreted though the skin in the form of sweat.

Another point to note about sweat regarding its constituency and “thickness” is that it directly relates to the amount of water that you drink. It is generally accepted that if you drink more water, more waste can be excreted through the urination process and less have to be passed through the skin. For the waste that has to be excreted through the skin, having more water will basically thin out the sweat, making it less concentrated and thus less wastes for the bacteria to feed on. I suggest that people with smelly feet should consider drinking more water to aid in getting rid of smelly feet.

It is hoped that with these adjustments to your diet that you should be able to at the very least aid in alleviating the problem of smelly feet.
