Vinegar - The Home Remedy To Smelly Feet by Dr. Roseline Hamsley
Firstly let’s cover the cleaning of our smelly feet using vinegar. Although most types of vinegars can be used I recommend the use of white vinegar because it is the easiest to come by, the cheapest and doesn’t risk staining your shoes or socks if you do get some on them. White vinegar is basically made by oxidizing distilled alcohol so its purity is almost guaranteed. In some cases it just diluted acetic acid in water which for our purposes is even better.
To really clean and remove smells from your feet I suggest the best solution (although not the most convenient) is to actually warm the vinegar to a nice warm temperature that isn’t too hot. Then add 1 part vinegar to 2 parts of water into a basin where you can soak your feet. Soak your feet for at least 10 minutes to disinfect and de-odorize your feet. Naturally before that soak your feet in the vinegar you should also wash your feet with normal soap and water to get rid of any grime.
Additionally, if you are interested in making an distinct impression there are certain types of vinegar which are actually infused with fruit essence. The beautiful thing is that if you actually soak your feet in warm vinegar that is actually infused with these fruit essence, your feet will come out smelly very nice and will almost definitely smell very pleasant for the whole day.
